Objective One is one of three programmes set up by the European Union to help reduce differences in social and economic conditions within Wales. Objective One is aimed at areas where prosperity, measured in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is 75% or less of the European average. In order to be eligible for support under the Construct Wales project you must live or work in the objective one area depicted in the map.
